Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, we disclose the following refund and returns conditions applicable to digital products sold in our store.
Refunds
We offer a refund within 30 days from the purchase date exclusively for digital products that are proven to be malfunctioning or seriously defective. Refund requests must be accompanied by:

A video demonstration unequivocally showing the anomaly or malfunction of the product.
Refunds will not be granted for reasons including but not limited to:

Change of mind, non-use, or decision by the customer not to use the product anymore.

Incompatibility of the product with the customer's hardware, software, or devices.

Personal preferences or subjective dissatisfaction unrelated to certified technical defects.

Issues arising from improper use, modification, tampering, or mishandling of the digital product.
Strict Exclusions
Requests for refunds or returns for any reason other than documented technical malfunctions will be strictly refused.
